Happiness

I have just finished reading a book that belongs near the top of my all time favourites. The Happiness Hypothesis is a remarkable book that provides insight into the latest psychological science findings surrounding ancient truths about finding happiness and meaning in life.
Jonathan Haidt is a highly respected psychologist worldwide and this book is full of insight. As with most psychologists, he is a devotee of Darwinism, but even though there is emphasis on evolution, significant respect is shown for religion, and I learned a lot.
Highly recommended. 8.5 out of 10.
