Sunday 19th September 2010
Monday started slowly. I had been up until midnight reading a compelling novel, The Hunger Games, and wanted to sleep instead. An unproductive day at work ensued, and a tiresome evening with angry children (or was it just me?) who didn’t want to cooperate as I attempted to teach them piano. To make things worse, Annie refused to go to sleep until 10pm. I read while I waited for Annie to finally go to sleep, but got engrossed in the second Hunger Games book, Catching Fire. I turned the final page at 1.30am.
Welcome to the Coulson Family Blog. It's pretty much an informal family journal. We have started it up as our primary means of staying in touch with family and friends all around the world. We've travelled (and still move around) so much that we love to have a way of keeping contact with people dear to us. Feel free to say hi.

Going Too Fast
It has been a whirlwind three weeks in our home.
We enjoyed a visit from my parents for two nights a few weekends ago. Mum and dad arrived on Friday night. Mum taught an enrichment evening for the ladies at church. Dad and I took Abbie and Ella to watch “Southern Stars”, a spectacular show involving over 3000 school children dancing, singing, and acting. It was brilliant, particularly given the number of children, and that hardly any adults performed.
